Many companies in the manufacturing sector have faced unexpected challenges this year. At Pronexos we were quick to identify the issues, putting plans in place to mitigate supply shortages to help us meet growing market demand.
Against a backdrop of economic crisis, materials shortages and high energy costs, 2022 has been a very successful year for Pronexos. “This year we have been establishing and nurturing long-term business relationships. We’ve been winning contracts for increasingly complex projects where we can add value that others cannot,” says Pieter Folkers, Managing Director of Pronexos. “2022 has lived up to our ambitions. As a result, all systems are go. We are now planning for Pronexos’ sustainable long-term growth.”
There is no doubt that the markets Pronexos operates in can sustain this growth. “Pronexos occupies a unique space in the market of expert, high-quality manufacturers,” adds Philip Kroschner, Pronexos’ Head of CFRP Roller Sales. “We are a specialist business offering bespoke services. Pronexos caters for very specific industrial needs, and we pride ourselves in providing tailored solutions to demanding markets, such as the aerospace industry. Right now, existing customer demand is increasing, but we are also seeing strong new interest from the energy and agricultural sectors for advanced CFRP products.”
Through strong planning and forecasting, Pronexos is well placed to manage this step up in demand. “We have introduced a range of supply chain and logistics process improvements in the last two years,” adds Bert Apeldoorn, Head of Roller Manufacturing at Pronexos. “This has put us in a very strong position to manage our growth. Our customers are open to growing their business with Pronexos because of the level of trust that we have established as a result of these improved processes. Pronexos has proven its reliability with a strong track record of OTIF delivery, great customer service and adaptability in the face of supply chain disruption.”
