10-year-agreement on heat treatment and brazing work for advanced aerospace components.

Pronexos (formerly known as EMS) signs a 10-year agreement with Aeronamic and will work closely with the leading supplier of aircraft components to deliver specialised heat treatment and brazing services.

“With their experience and knowledge on both heat treatment and vacuum technology Pronexos is an excellent partner for us. Together with the high quality standards and on-site test facilities/capabilities of Pronexos, our requirements can be met. It also fulfils our need for a one-stop-shop, simplifying logistical routings. Pronexos is a strong partner and they are keen to invest in the future with us”, says Steffen de Vries – CEO of Aeronamic.

Pronexos will work on advanced aerospace components such as load compressors and ADUs (a turbo machine using engine bleed air for landing gear hydraulic power) which are complex components used on aircraft. “We will deliver our specialised services according to the highest standards required in the aerospace industry”, confirms Pieter Folkers, Core Business Account Director at Pronexos. “This includes EN9100, NADCAP accreditation and Honeywell approval.
