Pronexos will be exhibiting at the Manufacturing Technology Conference on April 16th 2024. The conference is held at the NH Conference Centre Koningshof, on the outskirts of Eindhoven, in the Netherlands.
Visitors are warmly invited to come and speak with Pronexos on stand M3 at the Conference. The aim of the Conference is to bring together technicians from the design and manufacturing worlds to share knowledge about manufacturability and discover new processes and techniques.
“This conference is aimed at innovators and product developers, who want to investigate the manufacturability of things, and look for possibilities that were previously unknown” says Frank Wissink, Head of Sales Pronexos, who will be at the show. “Pronexos is keen to meet visitors who would like to know more about our range of specialized industrial services and our significant portfolio of advanced inhouse experience and expertise with using complex industrial processes.”
Advanced fusion and joining technologies (Electron Beam Welding & Vacuum Brazing)
Pronexos is especially keen to meet designers and innovators who are considering the use of EB welding and/or vacuum brazing in the manufacture of advanced components.
- The Electron Beam welding process in a vacuum environment: a high energy and extremely focused beam of electrons is used to join/fuse metals, with no filler metal required. This approach results in a small heat-affected zone with minimal distortion.
- Our vacuum furnaces enable us to offer a complete portfolio of heat treatments and high vacuum brazing and annealing. Brazing is a joining process that uses a filler metal to create a strong, leak-tight bond between two metals.
Visit Pronexos at Stand M3 to find out more about these processes and other advanced industrial services we can offer to OEMs and major manufacturers.
