Three decades of electron beam welding experience
Pronexos has been providing electron beam welding for 30 years. We use a bespoke software system to guarantee a high degree of reproducibility, and can join together the most commonly used metals in the semiconductor sector, including:

Electron beam welding is ideal for use with semiconductors, thanks to its ability to create deep and narrow welds that are almost pore-free.
Vacuum brazing & heat treatment
Pronexos also offers a range of other heat treatments for the semiconductor industry such as annealing and brazing, which is carried out in a clean environment to ensure there is no contamination.
